Strawberry frozen yogurt is the essential summer frozen dessert. If you think you need an ice cream maker to make frozen yogurt, think again! You only need a few simple ingredients and a food processor or any blender. Simply combine the ingredients, blend until creamy, and freeze until the consistency is to your liking.

  • strawberries - Use fresh or frozen strawberries for this recipe.
  • Greek yogurt - I'm using nonfat Greek yogurt in my recipe photos, but whole milk Greek yogurt will create a creamier consistency.
  • honey - This is optional and can be added to taste. You may find you don't even need it.
  • vanilla extract - This enhances the other flavors in this recipe.

How to make this recipe

Step 1. Add strawberries to food processor or blender. Blend to break them into small chunks or puree, if possible.

  • 4 cups Strawberries frozen or fresh
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt (any fat content) * see recipe note
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Honey (optional) as needed to adjust sweetness
